This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgement and order of conviction and sentence passed by the III Additional District Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District dated 10.07.2024 in S.C.No.52 of 2021 by allowing the petition.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
