These petitions are filed seeking the following reliefs; (i) CMP.No.28083 of 2019: to condone the delay of 2534 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent;

(ii)CMP.No.28087 of 2019: to bring on record the respondents 2 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the SA.No.2099 of 2004 and rank them as respondents 2 to 9 . (iii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.
