This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.12(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order dated 18.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25449 of 2022 by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.25449 of 2022 with a condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would also submit that the petitioner is a student and it is very difficult for him to comply with the above condition. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the above condition.
