No.64 Municipal Administration and Water Supplies (MC 3) Department dated 08.08.2019 and G.O.(2D).No.68 Municipal Administration and Water Supplies (MC 3) Department dated 27.08.2019 with all consequential service and monetary benefits, within a time-frame as deem fit and proper by this Court. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed in Kottivakkam Panchayat and absorbed in Greater Chennai City Corporation on account of merger of the Panchayat with Chennai Corporation. The persons working along with the petitioner have been granted regularization on completion of three years of service consequent to Government Orders in G.O. (2D) No.64 dated 08.08.2019, G.O.(Ms).No.103 dated 08.08.2019 and G.O.(2D).No.68 dated 27.08.2019. In this regard in order to avail such benefit, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.10.2019, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Mr.J.Ravi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though one of the similarly situated persons, namely K.Ravi was granted regularization, however the petitioner's name has not been considered. He further submits that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
