Crl.M.P.No.19053 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.19053 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21648 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6 (b) of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.21648 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,500/- as a non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram District, and the receipt of the same shall be produced before the concerned learned Magistrate at the time of execution of bond. In order to comply with the condition, the petitioner went to the office of the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram District and submitted a requisition letter along with the order copy. However, the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram refused to receive the same. Hence, he prays for modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21648 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,500/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Only) as a non refundable deposit to the credit of the Registered Advocates Clerk Association, Villupuram, and the receipt of the same shall be produced before the concerned Magistrate at the time of execution of bond. All other conditions remain unaltered.
