ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the representation dated 13.03.2024 and 30.09.2024 submitted with regard to survey the Agriculture land properties comprised in Punja Old S.No.406-A, T.S.No.85/4, to an extent of Hectares 0.31.5 in and out of Hectares 1.27.0 and in Punja Olds S.No.406-C, T.S.No.85/5, to an extent of Acre 2.35 (Hectares 0.95.0) in and out of Acre 3.20 cents totally Hectares 1.26.5 (Acres 3.13 cents) situated at Virummandampalayam, Uthukuli Panchayat union limit, Perundurai Taluk, presently Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District. I derived the above said property in terms of a Partition Deed dated 06.11.2008, proper sub-division.

2. The following properties had been allotted to the Petitioner under a Partition Deed dated 06.11.2008 registered as Document No.6491 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Kunnathur.
3. The Petitioner would submit that he had been in possession and enjoyment of the said property since then. Thereafter, for the purpose of surveying, subdividing and for issuing patta, the Petitioner had made necessary representation to the 4th Respondent on 13.03.2024, for which there was no response. Thereafter, he had made online application with necessary charges on 30.09.2024, which has also not been considered.

Considering the above stated facts that the Petitioner has submitted his representation on 13.03.2024 and renewed on 30.09.2024, a mandamus is issued to the Respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 and 30.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No cost.

5. In view of the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
