This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20033 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
