Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd Respondent in connection with the impugned Provisional Selection List for the post of Assistant Medical Officer (Siddha) vide PSL No.05/MRB/2020, Dated: 18/11/2022 published by him with reference to the Notification No.05/MRB/2020, dated 14.08.2020 & 26.10.2021 and quash the same as unconstitutional and illegal and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to publish a fresh selection list based on educational qualification as per Rule 6D (b) of the Notification No.05/MRB/2020, dated 14.08.2020 & 26.10.2021 along with merit and reservation as per the Rules prescribed in the notification.
