O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, viz., Thirukumaran S/o. Selvam challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings Memo No.C3/D.O./94/2019 dated 05.11.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.5293 dated 16.12.2019 and produced a copy of the said order and made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.In view of the said representation and endorsement, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
