This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 11.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17251 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, monthly once i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
