This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.20677 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 46 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20677 of 2024 on 09.09.2024 in para 6(a) is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
