ORDER

Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both the counsels on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2025 and to transfer him to any of the two vacancies available at Madurai, viz., 1). office of Assistant Director, Local Fund Audit, Madurai and 2)Office of the Deputy Director, Madurai Corporation Local Fund Audit, Madurai. by taking into consideration the medical condition of the petitioner's children. 3.When the matter is taken up today, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

the respondents submit that the request of the petitioner has been considered and he has been transferred to the office of the Assistant Director, Local Fund Audit, Madurai.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 2 nd respondent dated 02.09.2025 in Na.Ka.No.Pa.Ni./e44/2025 2.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
