PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other direction in the nature of writ, directing the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated 08.07.2023 received from the office of the 1st respondent/Superintendent of Police, Perambalur within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated 08.07.2023 received from the office of the 1st respondent/Superintendent of Police, Perambalur within the stipulated time. The said complaint has been forwarded by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C for enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is at advance stage and the final report will be filed within a period of two weeks.
