This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Commissioner of Police, dated 25.03.2023 rejecting the plea of the Petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate to run the spa without trade license from the Corporation and without necessary qualifications to run the spa as well as the qualified masseuse, permission is sought, hence, the same is rejected.

2. This Court finds no error or illegality in the said order. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
