ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner contended that as per the Award dated 05.10.2018, passed by the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, in I.D. No.157 of 2011, the respondent has been reinstated into service and has also been paid all wages and nothing survives for further adjudication.
