This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21217 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police two weeks once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
