By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

3. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2022 seeking to regularise her in service from the date of her initial appointment and provide all services and monetary benefits.

4. According to the petitioner, she has been appointed as Computer Operator in the year 2005 and till date, her services has not been regularised. In such circumstances, she has given a representation dated 11.11.2022 seeking for regularisation. Since her representation has not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition.

5. Heard Mr.J.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

6. No prejudice would be caused to respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2022 seeking for her regularization in service from the date of her initial appointment within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
