The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2017.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 02.09.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
