ORDER

The petition is filed at the instance of the wife, who is arrayed as respondent in IDOP No.65 of 2024 on the file of Principal District Court, Villupuram. The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of IDOP No.65/2024 from the file of Principal District Court, Villupuram to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through 1/4

the affidavit filed in support of the petition filed for transfer request.

3. In fact, learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the respondent/husband has no serious objection for transfer to be effected to, as prayed for by the petitioner/wife.

4. In view of the above, there is no impediment for Tr.C.M.P being ordered.

5. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. No.1109 of 2025 is allowed and IDOP No.65 of 2024 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Villupuram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

6. The Principal District Court, Villupuram is directed to send the entire records relating to IDOP No.65 of 2024 to Family Court, Chennai forthwith.
