This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 985 days in representing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 20.02.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.349 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Hosur.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 985 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3265 of 2023 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
