This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr.S.Yashwant, learned Additional Government Pleader, appears on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. There is no representation on behalf of respondents 8 and 9. Even though the names of respondent 6, 7, 9 and 10 are printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of the said respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
