Crl.O.P.No.25151 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 and 430 of IPC in Crime No.548 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that on 18.08.2023 a complaint was lodged that the petitioner and other accused had stolen 12 motors and three wire coils from the Jayadhitya Groups Thar Plant belonging to the defacto complainant. It is stated that A2, A3 and A4 had been secured and granted bail, but A5 is still absconding. It had also been stated that there has been only minimal recovery of the stolen item. 3.Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
