PRAYER:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Subordinate Judge, Namakkal, to take the Unnumbered I.A. of 2018 in O.S.No.484 of 1999 on file and dispose the same on merits and allow this C.R.P. For Petitioner :
