O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Transport Corporation made a submission that the workman had already been reinstated and a proceeding dated 28.09.2019 was issued in this regard.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the workman made a submission that in respect of other benefits, a claim petition had already been filed by the workman and the said claim petition was allowed by the Labour Court.

3. Under these circumstances, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ 1/2

petition, as the respondent corporation had already reinstated the writ petitioner and he is working as of now. Regarding the claim petition, it is left open to the party to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
