J U D G M E N T
The Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order of conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court-I Erode, in S.T.C.No.285/2016 dated 07.11.2017 and confirmed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode in C.A.No.319/2017 dated 27.09.2019.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Appellant sought further adjournment. The request of the learned Counsel for the Appellant cannot be considered by this Court as it was made clear on the earlier occasion, 19.10.2023, that no further adjournment will be granted.
3. Accordingly, the above Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed.
The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Erode is directed to issue warrant in the light of the judgment of conviction recorded in S.T.C.No.285 of 2016, dated 07.11.2017 to detain the Accused in Prison to undergo the sentence of imprisonment. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Erode, shall report compliance to this Court by return of e-mail on or before 06.12.2023.
