CMP Nos. 23351, 23353 and 23355 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i) to condone the delay of 1138 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant Amalraj ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Notice has also been duly served on the respondent and the learned counsel has also entered appearance on behalf of the respondent and there is no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these MPs are allowed as prayed for.
