This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19428 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
