This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20607 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
