The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submits that a summons was issued, the enquiry was duly conducted, and the complaint has been closed. As such, the question of harassment does not arise.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
