2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was employed as Sweeper with the respondent from 1978 to 31.12.2012. The petitioner and her entire family members belong to Hindu Kurumans - a Scheduled Caste Community and there is a dispute with regard to the petitioner's community and subsequently, the community certificate of the petitioner was cancelled, which was challenged before this Court in W.P.No.5216 of 2006 and the same was allowed on 29.02.2008 and this Court directed the respondent to release all the promotional benefits in the said order. Against the said order, SLP was preferred, which was also dismissed on 18.03.2009. 3.Heard both sides.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2019 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
