COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 21.09.2019 and issue No Objection Certificate to alienate the petitioner assignment land within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.S.Sathanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in all Writ Petitions.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petitions, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 21.09.2019, and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the petitioners, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
