PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the impugned orders issued by the 1st respondent vide his Lr. No. P6/31134/pen/HO/2016-1, dated 13.02.2017, Lr.No.P6/31134/ Pen/HO/2016-3, dated 13.02.2017, and Lr.No.P6/31134/ Pen/HO/2016-4, dated 13.02.2017 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent, who is the Chief Executive Authority to sanction 100% pension, D.C.R. Gratuity and Commutation of Pension and to disburse the illegally recovered amount of 20% of pension, D.C.R.Gratuity and Commutation of pension to the petitioner with interest at 12% per annum for the belated payment within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 12.03.2020 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.

2. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
