issued by the 3rd Respondents herein in O.Mu.2089637/2024/G1, dated 07.06.2024 respectively.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 4th Respondent to conduct survey of the property pertaining to Survey No.404/7 situated in Iruppali Village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District and grant individual patta to the petitioner's father by considering his representation dated 22.05.2024.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her father purchased 85 cents of land in Survey No.404/7 under registered sale deeds dated 26.03 and 30.05.1958. The petitioner's father died on 28.01.1983. Thereafter, it was found that the names of one Marimuthu and three others were entered in the patta for the above mentioned property. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 22.05.2024 seeking restoration of patta in the name of her father in respect of the property purchased by him. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
3. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the 3rd Respondent on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 3rd Respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, and persons named in the representation, namely Marimuthu, Govindan, Arumugam and Elumalai.
