[hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] made by the second respondent which has been impugned in captioned main writ petition.

2. Learned counsel submits that it is a case of vehicle interception and that the original impugned order could not be filed as it is with the Driver, however, photocopy of the impugned proceedings has been placed before this Court is his further say.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, the reason is acceptable and captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
