This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the first petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.26360 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the first petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that since the petitioner is working as Supervisor in a Travel Food Service at Chennai International Airport, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the first petitioner is modified and he is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, S2 Airport Police Station, Meenambakkam, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
