Crl.O.P.No.25599 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.25599 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.311 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 370(4) of IPC r/w 81, 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015.

2. It is stated that it is stated that this Court had granted bail to A1, A2 and A3. The petitioner herein is A4. It is this petitioner who had sold the child to purchasers. It is this petitioner who knows the identification of the child.

3. In view of that particular fact, eventhough bail have been granted, consideration for anticipatory bail stands on different footing, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Vv 12.01.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
