This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7830 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5179 of 2023 in Crime No.50 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
