This petition has been filed for speedy disposal of C.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate for land Grabbing cases, Tiruppur. Now, the very constitution of the Special Court for land Grabbing is under challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

2.Therefore, the entire case records in C.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate for land Grabbing cases, Tiruppur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Tiruppur. On receipt of the entire bundle the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur is directed to dispose the C.C.No.1 of 2013 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
