This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21318 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police two weeks once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
