PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 483 1 (b) of BNSS, 2023, praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.38980 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023, imposed by the Additional Central Crime Branch Court Metropolitan Magistrate Court (For CCB Cases), Egmore.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.38980 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023, imposed by the Additional Central Crime Branch Court/Metropolitan Magistrate Court (For CCB Cases), Egmore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly for more than 12 months and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, and PRC number has been assigned. He would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by the Additional Central Crime Branch Court/Metropolitan Magistrate Court (For CCB Cases), Egmore, in Crl.M.P.No.38980 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, on the first working of 2/4

December 2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
