ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 and 8 herein from constructing the public toilets in the National Highways in NH47 in R.S.No.82 in Sengapalli Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, which is obstructing the free access of petitioner property in R.S.No.33 in Sengapalli Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, and public usage of the pedestrian by considering petitioner representation dated 29.11.2022.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R7 submitted written instructions from the District Collector, Tiruppur District, vide Roc.No.5291/2022/A1 dated 16.04.2025, wherein it is stated as follows: "As per the Hon'ble High Court of Madras Order, an alternative location selected at survey number 213/3, Near Bus Stop, Chengapalli Village to construct public toilet by the joint inspection of Block Development Officer (Village Panchayat) and Tahsildar, I would like to inform you that, the Hon'ble Madras High Court can be informed about the possibility of construct public toilet at this new location."
