The petitioner herein claims that under the guise of investigating the complaint given by M/s.Sapphire Knit-Wear Private Limited, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was called for enquiry. He attended the enquiry on 14.10.2024 and promised to produce the documents to show that the dispute between him and the complainant is civil in nature and thereafter, the petitioner has not turned up for enquiry.
