ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings RC. No.20364/2016 (B-3), Dated 27.03.2017 and to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2011.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also undertakes to make an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
