This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, made in Crl.O.P.No.26301 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months.
