O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif at Dharmapuri to enquire into and dispose of I.A.No.47 of 2023 in O.S.No.53 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petitioner is the seventh defendant filed an application praying to reject the plaint, the same was taken on file and objection also filed by the plaintiff / respondent herein long back but without disposing the application, the trial Judge adjourned the matter.

3. Considering the fact that, both the parties are senior citizen aged about more than 60 years, the trial Judge is directed to dispose the application in I.A.No.47 of 2023 in O.S.No.53 of 2017, within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. 29.11.2023 Index :Yes/No AT To The District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri.
