This petition has been filed to modify the order in W.P.No.30867 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 and modify the date of temple festival viz., Sri Bhagavathy Amman Thirukkoil situated at Kasthuripatti Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District from 13.12.2022 to 15.12.2022 instead of 30.11.2022 to 02.12.2022 and also for conducting deity procession through north, east and west streets, Nadu street and Varugur Road of Kasthuripatti Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District with the distance of less than 1 k.m., for every year.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the festival date for Sri Bhagavathy Amman temple is rescheduled to 13.12.2022 to 15.12.2022. Hence, he prayed for necessary modification in the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30867 of 2022.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to conduct temple festival and deity procession in connection with the event of Sri Bhagavathy Amman Thirukkoil situated at Kasthuripatti Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, from 13.12.2022 to 15.12.2022.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
