This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 162 days in filing the above appeal.

2. In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 162 days in filing the appeal is condonned. It is made clear that the appellants are not entitled to the interest for the delayed period.
