This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1482 days in submitting the claim and to direct the respondent to adjudicate the claim dated 28.06.2021 of the applicant in Form 66.

2. Having considered the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that Company is under liquidation, Court is inclined to condone the delay in submitting the claim, although there is an erroneous delay on the part of the applicant in filing the Claim Statement before the learned Official Liquidator.

3. This application is, thus, allowed. The claim of the applicant shall be considered along with the claims of the other creditors. 01.12.2023 arb C.SARAVANAN, J.
