No. 28/2019 dated 20.09.2019 on the file of the First Respondent herein and quash the said order and directing the Respondents herein to produce the body of the Petitioner's son Thiru. Baba @ Prabakaran, aged about 25 years S/o. Balusamy now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, viz., Baba @ Prabakaran S/o. Balusamy, challenging the detention order passed by the first respondent in proceedings Cr. M.P. No. 28/2019 dated 20.09.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the first respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.4913 dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
