This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the Non Bailable Warrant as against the third respondent based on the non bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal in C.C.No.692 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The case pertains to money transactions. The grievance of the petitioner is that though non bailable warrant was issued to secure the accused in the year 2020, the same has not been executed by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that as the accused is a lorry driver, the delay had occurred in execution of the warrant and the respondent police seeks time to execute the non bailable warrant issued as against the accused in C.C.No.692 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
